What We Do

At ISA Housing we empower independence for developmentally delayed people by incorporating interdependent accommodation alternatives into the prevailing care structures-leaning toward a more inclusive society.

Our housing model is based on clusters of three nondescript homes located in various neighborhoods. We believe this housing model best reflects our interdependent independence objectives while staying true to our reduced emissions goal.

We also enter into vulnerable sector safety, security and maintenance contracts with guardians and or personal support agencies who hold properties where developmentally delayed individuals reside and would benefit from one or all of our Vulnerable Sector-Safety Security and Maintenance (VS-SSAM) Protocols©.

Ask us about our Interactive Maintenance Options.

We offer:

  • special needs housing alternatives under our Vulnerable Sector-Safety Security and
    Maintenance  (VS-SSAM) Protocols©.
  • an individualized approach to special needs housing requirements by tailoring accommodation supports to meet the individual’s unique accommodation needs.
  • safe and secure, adaptable and or accessible 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes for people living with developmental disabilities.
